Hey guys hows it going?

So its rapidly looking like I might be starting to freelance as a film maker but I was wondering how exactly did you guys decide how much you were going to charge and how do you negotiate fees with customers?

I have this idea that could be easily expandable but I also want to keep it relatively affordable for small businesses until I can prove a track record and go after bigger clients.

Any suggestions?
