So I'm moving down to london next month and I might have found a place to live but their students so their exempt from paying council tax but as far as I was aware I'm not, I was speaking to my contact and he said that it would be possible to not put me on the contract so I wouldnt have to pay the tax.

Is it just me or is this a bit dodgy?
