Dont worry, its nothing too complex but over the weekend I applied to volunteer at a film festival and the havent gotten in touch with me so I want to call them but the only number I've found is the press office.

would it be bad form to call that number, should I call at all?

I'm trying to start a career in events management and I've got one sorted but its a one day event in london, its quite a trek down there and I'm there for a week so I'm trying to get more stuff organised so its less of a waste.
