I am disappointed.

I get that threadless is trying to experiment but I'd much rather stick to a tee shirt and a zip up hoody, if naked and angry did dress shirts then maybe but these are lame and I'm sorry but non of the people wearing them actually pull it off.
mezo
   mezo on Mar 04 '11 at 12:03pm
So you stick to a t-shirt or hoodie. Nobody is making you buy a tank.
ISABOA
   ISABOA on Mar 04 '11 at 12:04pm
oh that's not true at all stubby, tanks are awesome when you are working hard or doing something where you need a full range of motion without a binding sleeve.

I like this new development, I think they should reprint ABE on a tank

Maybe it is a cultural thing, although I am not the biggest tank fan I do love wearing sleeveless shirts - it just feels good man

Threadless jumped the shark when they started using more than 4 colors. Threadless jumped the shark when they started printing pop culture. Threadless jumped the shark when they printed 3KCM. Threadless jumped the shark when they introduced the new Selects. Threadless jumped the shark when they whatever

or maybe just

I didn't know the phrase jumped the shark until right now, but it sounds like an awesome thing to do, not a bad thing :)

those tanks are a bit different than the typical jersey shore ones. I kinda like them, not sure I'll get one though.

wife beaters? Jump the shark?

I really need an update on the lingo here.

A tanktop style, usually ribbed, undershirt is what we American's call wife beaters. It is wear that is commonly seen in lower income areas such as ghettos and trailer parks...hence crime...hence beating your wife.

Jumping the shark stems from a later episode of Happy Day's where Fonzie jumps an actual shark while on water skis. It denotes reaching a point where things are so ridiculous that you can't recover.

is that a sneak peek? select sweater turtleneck is the next new threadless product?

I'm just imagining that those are just red and white sleeves with no actual shirt.
skaw
   skaw on Mar 04 '11 at 12:45pm
i'm pretty sure that threadless has been jumping the shark since day 1 if it's defined by doing things so ridiculously that you can't recover.
stubby43
stubby43 on Mar 04 '11 at 12:47pm
Honestly I was just spurting out words, I'm not a fan of them and it automatically makes me think of that Jersey shore kind of guy but if people want to them its up to them.
Chengui

You guys need to reprint Pandamonium on a tank - cause it has a tank in it! That would be amazing!

+I would totally wear one of these in the summer.....if it's over 100 degrees out. Or maybe to the beach.....
