I have to admit I've bought ice cream in a snow storm, but it was in a tub, I feel that makes all the difference.

Yeah, that was in D.C. when we had that crazy storm on Wednesday. It was on the cover of The Washington Post the following day and I really wish that they had at least included the story of what exactly possessed him to go out without a jacket and get ice cream.
Although, for what it's worth, I think this picture was taken before the snow had actually started and when it was just freezing rain.
