Streaky bacon is fascinatingly delicious to me, but that's only because I always had the other stuff as a kid. New things are so much more exciting!

That can't be a real thing, surely?!

I don't get the whole bacon with syrup thing at all. And chocolate syrup sounds even worse (and a bit made up).

I've made bacon chocolate, it's good. Just mix some crispy bacon bits with melted chocolate and a little black pepper (I might try some maple syrup next time), spread on parchment paper and let cool.
