So this time last year I interned with a canadian film company but had to come back to finish off my degree. So I finally got that done out of the way and with the help of my parents I wrote an email to the company asking for employment but he said no.

I havent responded to him because I dont know what to write, I get things wrong when I'm disapointed and upset so I didnt want to risk it...

but I wrote two facebook status updates, one saying so any canadians want to get married and the other about dusting yourself off, picking yourself up and starting again.

One of the guys I worked with saw this message and sent one saying we just got a new british intern, were going to take her on a zombie walk keep em coming.

I have no idea what this means so I sent a poliet message asking if they had a new intern.

then I paniced and deleted the status updates.

I'm so confused right now? have I burnt my bridges with this company? I mean the guy that sent that reply is a cock but the point is he's still at the company.

What if it gets round to the boss.

Also I'm serriously thinking about deleteing my facebook, it has too many people on it that I dont want to talk to.

facebook can fuck up lives. I'm sure we all know this. In this case though, it doesn't seem too bad haha. Don't worry about it.

why don't you create a limited account and put the people you don't want to talk to in it...make it so they can't see your status updates and things...no need to delete your account for a few people...just delete them. It's kinda silly to let a few people dictate what you do or don't do.

Also, I have no effin idea what the zombie message means, I would just ignore it.

As for the message, email a polite reply saying something like you understand and you hope in the future that you would still be considered as a possibility for openings. You should be fine. I see no reason for any worrying on this. Sometimes jobs work out, sometimes they don't. I think in a job search you almost get rejected more than dating haha. :) Hang in there, Phil.

It probably doesnt help much but last year we went on a zombie walk, me him and another guy from the office and made a short film.

but why he's bringing it up now I dont know.

thanks, that helps I think I can do that, in regards to the reply to the boss.

As for the facebook, serriously thinking about doing that now.

if the fb thing makes you paranoid then why not do it? It shouldn't be a problem.

Just block the people you don't want to talk to.
