Ok so as I've demonstrated in two blogs I'm a bit of a panasonic fan boy, they really have made the best camera on the market and I want it badly but amazon sucks.

On Amazon.co.uk its £299.99

but on amazon.com its $316

which is about £194.048

$489.94 depending on how you look at it, either way thats a huge and unfair price difference.

Get someone you know in the US to buy it for you and tell them to ship it over. You'll the fully compensate them for it.

Bace, its not a bad idea, I dont actually have any money at the moment so its all rambling but I might do that.

Randy, its an ok deal but HITACHI arent exactly known for building great cameras, I'm not sure about the listing (it says 10 mega pixels on top but it also says greater than 8 but I've never bought anything off ebay).

But it also uses double A batteries, I'm really not a fan of them because they tend to lose the charge faster than lithium ion batteries.

On the other hand if your traveling alot and you dont know when you'll be able to plug in your camera its an advantage because everywhere sells batteries.

Personally though, if thats the sort of price range your looking at I'd go for:

a Samsung es15

Its pretty much the same spec but for £10 extra your getting a lithium ion battery and cause your buying it new if it brakes you can return it, with the ebay one you cant.

if you get it in silver its only 282. that'll probably take care of the shipping fees from the us to the uk

Thanks Tess, but like I said I'm in quite a bit of debt so even though its my dream camera I'm not gonna buy it, yet.

No problem.

Samsungs a pretty good make, I mean I wouldnt buy an DSLR if it wasnt made by nikon or canon (not that samsung makes DSLR's) but their a pretty good point and click make for that sort of price range.
