lol right now I'm trying to figure out how to get the sound to play out of the tv instead of my laptop.
to be honnest I'm preparing for when we get a new hd tv that I dont know about but mum decided to tell me anyway.
Phiffer you need a certain type of cable for it (I dont know what its called, my engineer friend gave me one).

@phil: it's HDMI, actually.
Also, some displays/TVs have DVI inputs, which any reasonably modern PC should be able to provide.
