Damn jet lag, its hitting me hard, its 2:30pm but it feels like 8:30am (regina sk time), it doesnt help that british weather is so depressing.

Today, I went to work before the sun came up and it basically just stayed very dark and grey and sleetish and it reminded me of home in Elham :)

I'd suggest being outside as much as you can (although if the weather is depressing this might not help.) But sunlight, if it's available should get your body clock back into gear.

Unfortunatly the weather is the epitomy of and english winter, its dark enough to justify having the lights on.

I might be walking down to the shops to buy a block of cheese.

Oh, Stubby! The weather isn't that bad, it's not even cold. You just need to have a nice cup of tea and a sit down, you will feel much better.

How does 2.30pm feel different to 8.30am?

Surely that would be a good thing, like youre already half way through the day, but you feel as refreshed & ace as if you'd just got up?

I like it when people say "have a sit down."

I guess it, like tea time, is just something we Amurkans don't do.

I happen to feel acetastic at 8.

I'm a morning person.

I only wake up before 10 if I have to... or if, like today, my body decides to rebel (against the fact that I slept in until 1:30 yesterday?).

I get to work at 8.30am so it's definitely not an acetastic time for me, but I guess you don't feel like you are at a stupid office job Stubby, so chin up!

I always need to be up or there by 6 for work, so I guess I've gotten used to it.

I wish I was a night person. Night people are so much cooler. Morning people are usually those who live entirely off of pizza bites and think that "getting lucky" means not having to wait in line to use the toaster.

Regin spector time is amazing, actually its just easier to type sk than saskatchewan.

I still feel tired like I could have another couple of hours in bed and that I have the rest of the day a head of me.

I cant win, when I was in canada I was getting up at 6am every single day and getting back at 6pm, I'd crash for an hour then hang out with friends till 12am and start the proccess again.

If I was there for a year I'd of been more relaxed about hanging out and making myself so tired I was ill (some nights it took a couple of hours to fall asleep).

But I quit my job two weeks before I left for home and even if everyone was working hard studying for exams those last few weeks were amazing, just like last year.

I'm sorry I'm going to be a downer for a while, I didnt chose come back home, I came back because I had to,
