So most of you are probably aware I'm in pretty bad shape, hell some of you guys have met me and you know its bad.

Acording to the scales I'm about 195 pounds and I'm roughly 5'6 so its enough to put me in the over weight section.

I've tried to loose weight before but I've not been successful mainly because I'm lazy, find it tough to remain self motivated and I like food.

Whats going to be different now?

well My 'room mate' (not really he lives next to me) is making me go.

I find it easier to be motivated if someones telling me to do something.

My before picture

And eventually I'll do an after photo.

p.s sorry for showing you guys that, heres something nicer to look at.

photoshopped asian chicks freak me out.

Good luck though! It's rough to start something new, especially something unpleasant like being healthy [no sarcasm... I'm super lazy and I love junk food].

Something I find helpful is just doing it. Like.... with veganism, I didn't ease into it, I just told myself "no more of that shit", and stopped eating it. Having hard and fast rules is important, and also helpful is telling people about it. IDK, the idea of public failure is much worse than a private one.

ALSO: You will feel MUCH better once you get in the swing of things. Exercise is one of the greatest drugs.... you feel so happy and productive after you work out. Eating healthy blows though, can't help there.

Thanks for the support p.s you probably wont like my smexy time blog I just posted then.

but yeah having support will make a hell of a difference, public failure as well but I think I need a stronger goal than just getting in shape because I can easily give up and do things that are alot more fun.

I longboard but I'm not in a good enough shape to go for long distances and thats really holding me back.

I want to get better at longboarding.

That's a good measure of progress then! You might also want to try for tangible goals then... like...running. I just decide how far I want to go and I don't stop till I get there, even if I die first.

Ok, well if I die I take a quick break.
