Yesterday I watched the first four or so episodes after finding an article on the web about them.

I dont think I could even manage to try and get into the serries, way too many episodes and far too much repitition I just looked it up they've made 567 episodes thats a hell of alot of hours.

Yeah. I'll probably be able to stand maybe ten or twenty more.

However, yesterday, I just ended up playing it in the background while I was on the web.

man, i never did that pokemon stuff although i did see the first movie with a friend because he was doing a report on anime for some college course.

I didn't either. Mostly because I was out of the country and a girl. However, my cousin type friends (both boys) were really into them. So, in the summer, I played with them (though only the video games, never the cards).



Andrew, how did you like it?

I was one of those kids that was heavily into them, but I was 12 so I guess it was ok, I watched every episode of the first games (plus we had two game boys with both versions of the games) but eventually I got bored of it.

At twelve it's fine. And, I can totally get how you got bored of it.

It was fun at the time and I still like the games.

I like how somehow, even though it's essentially the same game with about 100 new monsters, they release a "new" version every few years, and it still gets hype. Like, each version, you go through 8 gyms, you fight 4 super megaguys at the end, and at some point some evil pokemon harvesters try and take over the world. But I still love cracking pokejokes.
