Do you ever get shocked by the things you hear on tv?
Do you ever get shocked by the things you hear on tv when you flick the channel?

I was just watching never mind the buzzcocks then flicked the channel and the next statment was:

"some times when he rubs his eye it falls out".

only once. when i headed out to buy some candy at the convenience store and the guy in there has a tv that's always on the news channel and there was this story about some promotion in a mall. well, the video was of toddlers racing/crawling towards a finish line! parents were racing their babies to win something like a tv or a year's worth of diaper's or some shit!!!!!! i was both shocked and disgusted.

i was also trippin' ballz at the time so that might have added to why i was so frightened by the whole story.

It's odd, but I am used to cursing up a storm in my day to day life, but occasionally, I'll think I have my tv tuned to a general cable channel, and then I'll hear, "Fuck" or "Shit" and I'll be surprised, despite it being the cornerstone of my regular vocabulary.

Oh if anyones wondering what my story was actually about, it was a child who had eye cancer who had it replaced with a glass eye.

once i was watching some documentary and switched channels to Neighbours- the second i did Helen Daniels (RIP) said "i'm sorry, am i interrupting something?" i have no a pro po examples of tv shockery

I've seen/heard some weird stuff.



But then I realize that I'm just watching late night HBO and (sometimes) change the channel.
