I've been hanging around with designers for too long, I really hate the fact that comic san's is the super hero.

Comic Sans is the Keanue Reeves of people....it's famous, it's pedestrian, it's pretty banal, we have no idea why it's in everything yet it continues to be beloved by many people.

That was pretty amusing. And I agree with you about Comic Sans. The worst was when I saw people's names printed on their soccer jerseys with said font. *shudder*

On a slightly more serrious note I'd really love to work for this company, there one of the few web media companies that are actually making money.

They've got a film coming out, its being made by paramount but they've got a deal similar to the national lampoon deal.

Hey, I'm all for it, their stuff is getting better produced and funnier all the time. It's actually really smart pop culture reference humor as opposed to the Superhero Movie/Meet The Spartans set. Hopefully they won't dumb it down for the bigber audience.

I wouldnt worry about it being dumbed down its being written by the guys who write the american version of the office.

"In July 2005, CollegeHumor established a deal with Paramount Pictures to develop a feature-length comedy. The script is in development by Gene Stupinsky and Lee Eisenberg, writers on NBC's The Office."

But that was three years ago so I've no idea whats going on about that, they wisely keep quite about these things.
