I hate loud music. I mean, it's all right when you're just there to listen to the music, but sucks when you're meeting new people, or catching up with old ones. People always try to introduce me to their friends at clubs. It usually goes something like this:



[DOOF DOOF] "Hi, I'm ..."



"Sorry?" [DOOF]



" ... " [I'M MRS OHMYGOD THAT BRITNEY'S SHAMELESS]



[DOOF] "WHAT?"



" ... " [DOOF DOOF]

Unfortunatly i've tried that route, the problem is she's in the year below me, I know her ex boyfriend but it looks like he deleted her off of facebook (also he was the reason I didnt try anything a while ago).



I searched for her name but half the people with her name dont have a profile picture.



I mean I'd like things to happen with her but even if things didnt it would be nice to have some company, all my flat mates have moved out and almost everyone else on my course has gone home so it would be nice to hang out with someone.

I usually agree to add someone on Facebook if I don't fancy them and have no intention of following up. Sorry mate.

Once I really wanted to hang out with this boy, but I didn't know his number, so I nerved up and called every person in the phone book with his fairly-common surname asking, "um, sorry, I don't know if this is the right number, but does a boy named Joey live here?" until I found him.
