Last week I went out and shot an hours drive around the area I live showing country roads and the motorway so I could show my friends in canada just how differnt my home is to theres.

I shot it on a friends video camera and he downloaded the file and saved it as a windows media file, I tried to import the file to adobe premier pro (cs3) but it doesnt recognise the file type, I dont have access to the original tape (he's off on a skiing holiday) so is there anyway to convert it into one premier does regonise?

I know its a long shot.

? premier should import WMV files (if you are using a pc?)

but anyways if not there are a ton of WMV to AVI options.
