I just got back from no country for old men, I really dont know what to think about this film it was so slow but that was really fitting and the ending is just plane confusing, deffintly not a typical hollywood film.

The end of 2007/2008's been pretty good for films:

No country for old men
into the wild
the assaination of Jesses James

The films I'm looking forward to seeing

Be kind rewind
Juno
there will be blood
the diving bell and the butterfly

and possibly the savages

No country for old men was freaken great. But then again i am partial to the Cohen brothers and Cormac McCarthy. The thing i think that made it seem a little slow was the intentional lack of any kind of score. Juno was great as well. Trailer Park Boys fans should recognize Trina.

she drinks a whole jug of sunny D and takes a bunch of piss tests for babies.

i didnt think no country was slow at all, maybe i was just in a good mood to watch a slow film because i was enthralled the entire time.

The acting in No Country is what made it awesome. The ammount of tension built up in the coin toss scene was incredible!!!
