I just miss being around them and talking about nonsensical things and laughing so hard and so long that, by the time I stopped, I forgot why I was laughing in the first place.
I was on the campus bus recently and there were these guys talking about WoW and sporks (the types of things my friends and I would talk about) and my heart gave this hard pang and I had the immense urge to just join in on their conversation.
College and all over the place and busy. A few of my friends are in up in Berkeley. One of them goes to the same college as me but our schedules never match up so we can never hang out. One of my other friends lives in Vegas.
Time.. you know. We've drifted apart, and most of the friendships I have with old friends are forced. It isn't fun anymore.. It seems like the only *fun* things to do are drinking and drugs.. Which no one wants to do, and isn't fun.. Achhhh...
Life at homes ok, I've been having difficulty ajusting, I went back to university on the 7th of january and moved into my new accomodation only to find out classes started on the 28th of january, friends and people off my course were around but they were all doing exams, essays and editing films.
So I was on my own, I came home but I've basically been on my own because obviously my parents are working and my sisters at school.
I dont know its just wierd, I mean I have my d40 x and I'm chuffed about it but its been raining alot so i cant go out and use it.
Life will get back to normal when i start classes.
Cheer up sugarless, loosing friends is an unfortunate fact of life but sometimes it means your going to get better friends if your drifting apart its probably happening for a reason and its time to move on.
