On the road trip we met up with a friends girlfriend, shes a bloody amazing artist, going to art school in calgary but she thinks she'll probably end up working in a bank.

I really didnt want to say it frustrates me because its obvious shes worked hard to get that good and shes an amazing girl (we'd of had fun in calgary no matter what but because the other guy that was with us kept getting ill it would of been just me and the boy friend, she longboards and is bloody good at it so it wouldnt of been as fun without her).

I don't mean it frustrates me as in it makes me frustrated at him, like I'm not blaming him or anything. It's just frustrating to see his artwork and know that I wasn't born with the natural talents he was born with... It was especially bad because he was in my first-year studio art class in university and I was constantly comparing my work to his, it was a mess.
