Also, this is just the Athiest view of life and death. I don't believe in what organized religion preaches as the afterlife, but there is more to this whole thing than what we know and what this little clip preaches.
But whatever....we'll all find out one day. when the MGM lion starts to speak it's pretty cool tho.

Meh - I can't see the film, but if it's just saying that when we die we're worm food, and that's it, that's what I tend to believe.
It takes some getting used to (especially when you've been bombarded by all this afterlife crap), but whatever. There it is. Whatcha gonna do, eh?
I don't see any reason to think there's anything beyond this life. I don't see why there "has to be" - I think that response is just the fear of mortality kicking in.
That said - I haven't died, so I have absolutely no idea what happens when we die. I might be wrong, but no one else has any more idea than I do.
13strong- Don't be so "you live, you die, and that's that." lol. It's actually a much bigger leap of faith i feel to believe there is nothing than to believe there is something. Most of us have experienced things in our life that conventional wisdom can't explain, and only the most empiral evidence needing person won't acknowledge there's millions of instances a year that are of the extra-sensory or unknown realm of existence.
What do all these point to? That we don't know shit about shit reaslly excpet for the few things we can see with our extremely limited and one-sided human senses. Most of the things we think we know and see could actually be very wrong and very different to other animals and species that see those objects from a completely different viewpoint.
I believe in energy, so that's where all this comes from really. We are all created from a galactic mass of energy, and we all return to that galactic mass and are dispensed for something else when our battery runs out, we die, and it's once again released. This explains ghostsand hauntingd to me, as energy that is stuck I guess that's why reincarnation makes sense to me and how people know things about other people's existences sometimes.
Anywho, whatever. Let's enjoy life while we can and knock off the "you are all going to die" wasteless shit. Yes we know, so let's have fun while we are here, be creative, be a good person by whatever standards you thin kare right, and not give a shit about what happens after we die, because it's gonna happen and we will never know what happens until then.
