Were trying to get ours set up so I can call home when i'm in canada but so far we've had no luck.

You are trying to set it up on your computer and not your microwave right?

yup, basically I downloaded it yesterday, got an account set up for my dad and got started on doing the test calls but my head set wasnt working (the manual only came with instructions for the web cam) so had to stop my dad's tried to get things set up today but it just signs in and says connecting and thats it we cant do anything or click on anything.
