I just looked at some of the blogs I've participated in and I've killed alot (been the last person to make a comment).

its funny a lot of people have added to this. my first few months here i totally thought i was doing something wrong because everytime i'd comment, the blog would just stop dead. (still happens)

I think its because the blogs move down the list so fast and people tend to refresh or only look at whats on the first couple pages.

now i dont feel so bad in my perpetual blog halting state
