changing colors

when posting a design, can anyone enlighten me as to how I make my design change colors say every 3 secs. i've seen such designs and i think it is very cool and i would like to learn how to, so if you know how plz post. (also i only use gif and photoshop if thats important.) thanks in advance!

to get the design to change colors every 3 seconds or do more complicated things as in "Super Glue" submission:

you need to use a program called macromedia Flash. If you had this program you could learn how to make an interactive presentation.

You can make an animated gif in image ready. This can scroll through colour options and do simple stuff, it's pretty easy to do. Any element of interactivity requires flash.
