"Do not iron design"?
Why can't you iron the designs? On a shirt like this where the design covers so much of the shirt, you can't really wear it without ironing the front. Are there any other ways of getting creases out? Hanging them up I guess, but that's not ideal.

when you go for a shower have it hanging in the room with you. The steam gets rid of creases and wrinkes!

Iron a tee shirt? I hang dry mine when they come out of the wash. No creases that way.

put a towel/fabric over the graphic and iron the towel. should be enough not to melt the design

Just turn your shirt inside out and iron it, that's what I do.
