seriously. a creme shirt makes no sense whatsoever. especially this shirt. call me crazy but when i was a girlscout, my uniform was green.

That's funny, I don't see any good shirts printed on creme this week...

As for this shirt, the choice of creme or khaki is excellent since the idea is to present a design that looks like merit badges on a Boy-Scout-type uniform and they are (*gasp!*) colours like creme and khaki.

brown, green or blue might have been better for girls. even yellow for the Dasies. Creme isn't awful for this shirt, but it does look rather deathly when I wear it

this is my ongoing war against threadless. Lots of people want a light colored background but find white boring/stark so they take their cool design and throw it on a shirt the exact same color as my pasty, pasty skin.

cream/white shirts only look good without prints anyway

They've been printing an overabundance of shirts on creme/natural lately, especially during the sale. I assume they're trying to get rid of stock to make room for their new tees, but that's just a possibility.

do all those multi colored bracelets mean something?

Ugh, I fully agree. A dark olive green would have made so much more sense for girls. Or brown. My uniform was brown when I was in uh, brownies (as far as I really went).

This raises the question: We've got one more Monday left in January, so where are the new shirts? Presumably the new palette will level the boy/girl colour playing field and take care of things like this.

don't hold your breath, we're still working on the cut/specs of the tee.

i agree. i like this one and its on creme. they put it on that or that stupid ugly green color. bleh. why couldn't they have this on teal for girls so it would look more like the girl scouts color?

I've been a Girl Scout for twelve years now, and all of you are just about right, except for one thing - Cadettes and Senior scouts now wear khaki. Daisies are blue, Brownies are brown, Juniors are teal. Any of those colors would have worked, but since creme is close to khaki I can see why they picked that. No kidding that it's ugly, though. I would have opted for the blue or brown.

I like creme, but this looks great on the khaki... wish the girls' version was on that. Sadness.

Olive/Khaki would be much more merrit badge-y.

Agreed. Creme is gross but I say Khaki is worse.
But green is love. We should start a green shirt revolution!

Seriously. I was just complaining about this. Creme should banned forever.

I hate creme!!!!!! I can not wear it, I will not wear it, it SUCKS!!!!!!!!! I second the motion that creme should be banned forever. At least they could use natural if they don't want to use white. Vote 1 for natural!!

but it is the boy scout color! It wouldn't have the same meaning if it wasn't on creme! It makes it funnier... I can think of a scout I should get this for.

Creme makes this pale girl look sickly. Why did the girl's shirt have to be a different color than the guys? I agree with everything said about girl scout colors, all of which wouldn't make me look like I have the flu.

Such a good shirt...this makes me sad.
