Getting more votes lately?

I have almost 200 more (822 so far, more to come probably since it ends tomorrow) on my most recent sub than on my last one (660). I did post on Emptees but I didn't think I'd get that many extra people. What gives?

I think it's due to the loves contest, usually loves competitions get more voters

I think it's the illustration! The designs around you (in the scoring forum), are in the 500s. Awesomeness gets more votes, I would think. :D

i think that generally, the amount of normal votes have decreased a lot

Thanks Quister, you're so nice! I'm not getting comments like I would think though, if people liked it more than average. I mean I'm getting a fair amount, but not an extraordinary number or anything. The response has been ok though so can't complain too much :)! Also I can't wait til your next sub is up it's super cute!

yeah, its basically a range now, with loves generally getting the higher end of it, and more popular loves doing even better if they bring in more voters/submitters...my geek sub had 1k votes, but my subs now are around 500
