So, has anyone here used Etsy? Does it sell your stuff well? I'm thinking of using it to sell posters but do you really sell anything on there?

I JUST set up a shop to sell shirts.

*shameless promotion*
MFM Apparel

It's really easy to set up and it's cheap to list stuff, but, it seems to be a really involved process to get actual traffic from the within the website. Like, weird unspoken rules and all sorts of strange processes. My girlfriend has been trying to promote the shop. If you're willing to play the game, I think it can turn out very well. Lots of not very good stuff sells.

We've gotten lots of views but almost no sales so far. Hard to tell yet.

There's inPRNT, too. Never sold anything on it, never bought anything from it, but it looks kind of cool.

So, uh...there's that.

here's mine and i'll add you as a fave if you do the same

i think it is worth a shot. you'll obviously get more traffic during holidays. don't load everything at once. put thing up at the beginning of a weekend.

i've both bought and had thing bought from me. it is a good place for traffic compared to some other sites, because there are already so many craft ppl and folks know the site well enough to go there.

i dunno. try it for a bit and see how it pans out.

I set up my etsy like 4 months ago and I haven't sold anything. But I didn't promote it and my stuff isn't that great.
