I'd say about two weeks. I'm stingy with the first ILY. After that, it's all the time. But, barring zombie attacks, which obviously speed things up, I'd say about two solid weeks.

Generally the best answer is to leave it at least a month, even if you do have the feelings. People are freaked out easily.

That said, not the approach I took - which was what worked best for me.
