Right now, it looks like till December 20th. But my mom is talking about bringing the whole (or most) of the fam here for Christmas; in which case I'd probably be here till at least New Year's.

okay, we should talk moars about it. i've had a major travel itch lately, but can't manage to get outta here until next summer. may/june would be perfect. how long are you wanting to spend over there? that's another prob for me...i might only be able to get out of the office for a week or so.

apparently, there was some big family feud back in the day. part of the fam broke off from the rest of the fam, and changed their name to "ie" instead of "ei," to differentiate. the "ie" people are quite rare, and if you run into one, i'm most likely rather closely related to them.

and, of course, we all used to have "O'" at the beginning of our name, but it was dropped due to discrimination against the irish when my fam crossed the pond.
