So yeah how come when my cool single guy friends get girlfriends, they automatically assume that I want to hang out with her and be her friend.....I dont. I dont care that because you decided to bangerang some chick and you and I are friends that it means I have to all the sudden become her bff and go shopping with her... I mean really?

Furthermore....why also does my cool once single guy friend assume that when I see what hes up to or if he wants to hang out that Im also asking his girlfriend to come along? Im sorry if it makes me sound like a mega bitch but just because you have a girlfriend now doesnt mean you have to do everything with her, or that just because Im a girl that I want to jump your bones because I will tell her straight up I dont want to jump your bones and she has nothing to worry about. I just want my cool guy friend back....

I end up liking most friends significant others anyway, but this one guy friend of mine recently started dating this woman who's a fucking chore. She makes fun of him and his cousin (they're roommates and both good friends of mine), especially things about them that I happen to like in particular, like their nerdy sense of humor. I don't think I've ever seen her smile and she complains about everything. I DON'T GET why my friend is dating her. You'd think the first time she was a bitch he would just run. Now I don't invite him around as much because I'm afraid she'll show up and ruin the day.

You know, I've had so many great single girl friends who get boyfriends and then immediately shut themselves completely out of my life because he's a possessive arsehole or she just assumes he's a possessive arsehole because most guys with girlfriends are possessive arseholes. God forbid I should want to do something alone with her. But even seeing them as a couple is something they don't want. I'd be quite happy if she tried to make me and the new boyfriend into friends, or if I wanted to hang out if she wanted to bring him along, if the only other option was not seeing her at all, because the only other option is always not seeing her at all. But since she never wants me and the boyfriend to be friends and since she doesn't want to hang out with the three of us, there's never an option and I just don't see her at all because of course, she's considering my feelings because I wouldn't want to be a third wheel. I'd be happy if they made some effort to see you and to keep you in the circle. But yeah I totally don't get why sometimes you can't hang out alone.
