• I think it's pretty funny, myself. I would agree with others regarding the hand problems. It looks to me as though someone else is shaving him.
  
  Since you're doing retro here, why not have someone else shaving him with a straight-razor and show the evidence of his barber's cloth at his neck?

• I call that font, Arial. It was the understated, but heavily used visual likeness to an actual bulls eye.
  
  Your point is well taken, and I'm not opposed to changing that up a little.
  
  Shirt colors would probably be simple. Black is the most obvious choice - the outer black ring has another level of white around it like the inner rings. White is good too, but less artsy. Red is an interesting choice, so I might try black and red to see how they compare.

  Just a small thing - I'd drop the saber tooth skull out or adjust the angle a bit. It's too similar in position to the tiger's head.
