my shirt was either delivered to the wrong address or the UPS person didn't throw it far enough over my back door (i live in condominums) so some punk ass kid stole it.
REPRINT THIS AND GIVE ME ANOTHER ONE. THANKS.
has anyone had this sort of thing happen to you, and what did you do?
i already contacted threadless and they said they'd "open a complaint" with UPS but that probably means nothing. :(
i really really really really wanted that shirt.

its slow, expensive

and USPS is more reliable and faster, serious
its worth the extra 50c

i thought it was required by law that all packages delivered by UPS had to be signed for, and if they aren't UPS is liable if the delivered package is stolen.

If the shipper files a UPS claim they will start a tracer. Usually they ask 8 business days for the tracer to be completed before they will refund the shipper and then the shipper can re-send or refund the merchandise. UPS is actually really great to work with most of the time. USPS is what is a pain and a half.
