Ok, I've decided to add stuff:

Well, I'm a little concerned about sharing my URL with you guys. I get the feeling that you'll all think that I'm some kind of a hot shot pro illustrator, and disqualify me from winning the contests, when the fact is, I just recently quit a job as a car salesman to follow my life's dream, to illustrate for a living. I've had a handful of graphics clients in my life, but have never actually sold a full-blown actual commissioned illustration up to the time of this writing (10dec06), so, I'm excited to be here and seize an opportunity to both share my work with others, and possibly get paid for the hard work it has taken to create it. This feels like a step in the right direction.
