i dont know how to start but erm, is shirt color important in deciding the fate of design entries? i think it does, although in the end, threadless will decide what shirt color to use.

can and will threadless put something like a pie/bar chart to show real-time ranking of colors to help out people like me? in member profiles, everyone can indicate 3 colors you want to wear and 3 color you wont, that can be changed at any time...

which makes me want to ask again, is it important? because a good design need the right colors, not the popular colors.

any views?

i do dream of making a design on a most unpopular shirt color and make it a HIT.

That's an interesting idea about giving each of us a shirt
color chart in our profile page so we can check off the top 3
colors and the lowest 3 colors. Maybe you should e-mail
Threadless your idea since the worst that could happen is
for nothing to happen.

Most of the complaints I've seen about shirt color
have been aimed at white shirts and pink shirts.
All the power to ya in your endeavors.
