I live in the UK, not that you would have known but a very similar design has been in Urban Outfitters for about 6 or 7 months now, yours does look better though.
After reading through all the Comments on here which did make me chuckle a fair bit on both accounts.
I thought i'd add something
good design in my opinion is about how somebody presents or arranges an element or number of elements within a given space. It is okay to use filter etc if you are trying to achieve an effect of some kind. Anyone can learn to use photoshop/ illustrator etc. just don't rely on effects to make a design in anyway better. what makes good design is the layout and more importantly the idea behind it.
I'm afraid for me the idea of Sydney skyline on a Tee just doesn't appeal to me personally.
And Im afraid it does look like you ran an image through a filter, which is okay it's just the original image just isn't that exciting in my opinion. nice try though.
