That's definitely a personal best for me by a long shot and I suspect, not one I'll be breaking for a looong time!

Thanks for the votes, everyone!

I've used the Free Distort tool to manipulate a line of text, and now I want it to be a permanent vector shape, but it's still registering the change as an effect. How do I convert it to an actual object with vector points?

...and it's definitely the best shirt I've bought in recent times.

The huge print is fantastic, and the colours are nice and strong. Good fit, too.

Only problem is... where do I put this and the other 10 shirts I've just bought in the sale?

Featured in the papers today - thought I'd share it with you guys.

A group of people suddenly start dancing to Michael Jackson's Thriller on the Tube... and get almost no reaction at all from their fellow commuters.

Typical Londoners.

I've never particularly liked Fruit of the Loom - the sleeves are flappy and boxy, and it's always a gamble whether it's going to be too tight or too loose. While some colours tend to fit better than others, on the whole I never really know what I'm actually going to get.

Despite all that, at last count, I own 103 shirts and have bought two 12 month subscriptions, one for myself and another for a friend. What can I say, I'm a sucker for anything Threadless.

But I've just received my last three orders and I've can't take it anymore. Out of nine shirts, FIVE had huge, flappy sleeves. That's over half of them.

The worst, however, was this:

Uneven

The sleeves aren't even the same size! One is so much bigger than the other! This isn't the first time I've had mismatched-sized sleeves before, but this time it's just absurd. When I asked my flatmate to take this photo, he burst out laughing.

In fact, Faesthetic was the only shirt in the three orders that I was happy with, fit-wise.

So here's the deal: I will not be buying FOTL shirts again.

AA Selects are fine, and the new Threadless shirts are great, but I'd rather go without an awesome design than buy shirts that I simply can't wear in public. If there's something I really like, I'll just pray for a reprint sometime in the future, when they've rolled out the new shirts across the board.

It's a pity, but I've had enough.

-end of rant-

I don't know who you are, editevening, but you've scored 740 submissions and given an average score of o.07.

That's uh, pretty terrifying.

Am I the only one feeling just the teeniest bit glad the sale's almost over? I have too little self-control for something like this. I don't even want to say how many shirts I've bought in the last three weeks. And they're not presents either - every last one was for me.

The worst thing is, I don't even wear tee shirts to work anymore. I've got enough tees to go for months and months without wearing the same one twice, and I gotta wear a friggin' suit. Crapbag.

Anyway. Now that I've put in my last order, my life (and wallet) can finally go back to normal.
