I like the monochrome option #2. And if certain parts could be glow in the dark, like the moon and whatever would be illuminated, it'd be pretty.

Thanks guys - pretty spread out preferences though. What to do what to do...

I've also added Version D, with some highlighted parts on the ship. Glow in the dark is an option, but I wonder if it would make much sense in the dark, with just little bits glowing here and there.
