What's the longest those of you in the UK have had to wait for an order? :/
Probably I'm just being paranoid here, but I'm getting a tad bit worried about one of my orders. I made an order for Home Is Where The Heart Is last month, which shipped on the 3rd of January. I also made an order for Mozart Didn't Like To Practice Either, which shipped on the 5th I think?

Mozart Didn't Like To Practice Either turned up four days after it was shipped, but there's no sign of Home Is Where The Heart Is after nine days. Is that weird or am I just getting twitchy?

I know that the shipping page says it should take 1-5 weeks for international orders, but I've never heard of anyone having to wait that long in the UK (I thought three or four days was the average). Obviously it could be stuck in customs but I don't know how long that takes to process.

What's the longest any of the British folk here have had to wait? And does anybody know how long customs normally takes?

Once it's actually been shipped then probably a max of two weeks.

Never had to pay customs tax either which is good.

I think some people are still waiting from the end of december. It normally takes a week, but can be two. I think you need to giove it three weeks before you e-mail customer services, as the service that they use to the uk is 1-3 weeks. Don't worry yet :)

How many shirts did you order? If it was just 1 or 2 then customs won't be a problem.

It was two, because I wasn't sure of the size (probably going to use one as a birthday present or something...) but they were both select, so more expensive (although I had Threadless mark the package as a gift). That said, they're also both polo shirts so probably bigger...I'm not sure how they'd be packaged.



I'll give it until three weeks has gone by.

I think the trick is to just not worry ever, then eventually you'll forget about it anyway

It's possible that customs and excise have got a hold of it. The two select shirts will be $50 and so about £25-£30. Hopefully not though. Keep your fingers crossed.

Or at least I'll forget about it until my parents remember that I spent £25 on some imaginary shirts ;)



On the flip side, I'm going to be so pleased if/when the package does turn up that I probably won't care how much the tax is...

Probaby be about £8. It's completely pants. You'll get them, eventually. Contact customer services after the three weeks are up though, and they tell you what to do.

the average wait is 1-2 weeks to uk after the parcel has been shipped.
