in general it seems to most that the amount of voters has gone down, and since designs usually take 90 days or so from end of scoring to get printed there's your answer as to why they'll most likely have more votes than all of our recent subs.

That makes sense.. Thank you for that! I'm not completely in the loop with everything, but that does make sense. I didn't know it took that long to get printed! Sheesh!

most people take 90 days as a measure that their design has not been picked and so it's 'safe' to submit it to any of the other t-shirt sites floating around the web. there's no true set amount of time though because just a few weeks ago they printed a t-shirt that was submitted over a year ago i think (500+days). you're never told that your design won't print, that would be too much trouble for threadless really if you think of the amount of designs it gets a week..

Yeah, that's true... It's so weird that it can just be chosen at any time. So random! But that would be a lot of work for Threadless to tell everyone no.
