I have quite a few slogans many failures, some ok. Anyone who has gotten one printed, what percent did it take?

I have started to work on a design in Illustrator, but I need to get it down to 8 colors and make it look more like an orange than a peach.

I am an avid Photoshop user, but new to Illustrator, please help.
