I generally use photoshop and illastrator after scanning my sctach. Here you can find the tutorial for those softwares.

is there any other programs to use, I don't have photoshop or Adobe. I was thinking Paint.net which is the best i can do on my budget and it works fine, but i still cant open the templates which is obviously important. Any way to get around photoshop or Adobe or any free programs you know of?
