The first person that makes me laugh out loud by insulting me in a random manner will get some Street Team Points.
Hey all, my Vonnegut sub has 1 day left for scoring, so if you haven't checked it out yet, please give it a vote and maybe a comment:
![]() By the way, the subject line is a quote from the man himself. There should really be a whole line of slogan tees devoted to Vonnegut alone. Think about that, Threadless. peace, Brian about Funkalicious
Okay, so I get the occasional "nice shirt" whenever I wear one of my Threadless tees. I just got Funkalicious and wore it for the first time today, and literally about 50 people just about flipped their shit over it. It seemed like all I did all day was talk about Threadless to people after they asked about my shirt. By the way Threadless people, you're welcome. You can repay that serious word-of-mouth by printing one of my subs.
Just ordered this shirt, and when I put it on I noticed that the design is crooked. Not severely, but noticeable. I wouldn't have noticed it at all if it weren't for the text, which slants down to the side. I'm wondering if this was just a misprint or if they're all like this. Who else has this shirt? Is anyone else's crooked?
This choad stroker that's negatively commenting on everyone's subs can't be for real, right? This feels like a bit of a prank to me, seeing as how he/she commented on so many subs right in a row.
about Funkalicious
I just bought it in fact, but does it not bother anyone else that the boombox is facing the wrong direction? In other words, the speakers should be facing his head, right? That's the way we used to do it in the 80s. Somebody please agree with me.
So I was just about to buy a couple shirts, and I figured since it's all the same to me, why not help someone out with some Street Team credit.
So, here's the deal, in the spirit of making it a little interesting: The points will go to the first person who posts their ST url and answers the following question: We all know Neil Armstrong was the first man to walk on the moon, but who, to date, was the last man to walk on the moon?
Just looking to kill some time by voting on subs, but I finished off all the new ones last night. I figured some more new ones would be put up today, but it's still all the same ones as yesterday. Does Threadless have the day off today or something? Just curious. It seems odd that the whole day would go by without any new subs.
Hey guys, if you're looking a for something to put up, how about my sub that I sent in last week?
Just thinking out loud here. What if, in order to vote on submissions, there was some sort of requirement? Like, in order to vote you must have ordered at least 1 shirt from your account. It seems to me this site is encountering increasing amount of trolls and other riff-raff (I love that word), which is to be expected from a user-driven site like this that is quickly gaining popularity. Obviously Threadless wants to promote their site to as many people as possible, which is fine, but as far as the actual voting goes, I think it should be limited to the people who have at least something invested in the process.
Ideally, I think it should be limited to those that have at least submitted a design or critique, but that might be cutting to many people out. I think having to buy a shirt first is a good medium. Threadless gets a sale, and we weed out the "idiots off the street," so to speak, in the process. What do you all think? |
I haven't submitted any photos. I guess I don't want free money.
