I love this tee... and I love Tokyo.
I wonder how accurate it is to the city-scape - does anyone know?

100% accurate Tokyo has a pink glow when there's a lunar eclipse

There's at least one building there that's pretty spot on. The tallest one, off to the left, is a pretty recognizable government building.

It's pretty accurate, the link below is a view from the Park Hyatt, which I think is the stacked building just left of the middle in the t-shirt.

From memory, I don't think the buildings are that close together, just because I seem to remember having to walk through a big park to get to the Hyatt from, but then it could just be the angle.

It's certainly a great representation of the amazing Tokyo skyline. There are loads of free (or cheap) viewing decks in Tokyo - check them out if you go!

I'm so stupid... I just realised that it IS that view from the Flickr photo. So the artist must have worked from a view they got from the New York bar at the top of the Park Hyatt.

Hey everbody, I'm the french graphist who created this design.

As I said in another subject about this design: Sorry but I never copy an original for win money...

I used this picture (what I bought) for my inspiration:

Believe me ^_^ !!!!

I was surprised when I see the illustration from the japanese Workbook and also this jacket form LRG (berk). I hope we'll not find a cup of tea, a pair of pyjamas, or film poster with this photo!

I worked about ten hours about this design on a pixel software, Photoshop, I didn't vectorize anything (except at the end when Threadless team need a vectorised file) cause I wanted to create a real original hand-writing style.

And maybe it's for this reason the final picture has been appreciated.

So please again: Don't take me for a plagiarist and respect my work. Thanks.
