I turn to you, threadless community, because I trust your awesome aesthetic taste and helpfulness. I'm sorry I haven't been involved in blogs lately but I really need your help!

So after the Housing Day t-shirts I designed were a success, my dorm leadership committee asked me if I could make a shirt for our upcoming, infamous, annual foam party. The theme is "Global Foaming". It's due tomorrow and this is what I have



I haven't added the foam to anything yet, and haven't finished with coloring and background and the arrow is wonky (needs touching up I know) but can anyone tell who the man is? and I keep feeling like the colors are off?

I'm kinda freaking out because I'm afraid this isn't going to work ;_; any suggestions??

whew ok so after a stressful day I finally finished the design, and I ended up going with the second one (Al Gore is not very recognizable anyway)



(hm colors are a bit off but that's it basically)

Yay now...onto...my...OTHER...projects *sigh*

The graph is a little confusing. Why don't you have Al break out in stress sweat to show concern?

Or, you could have Al shaving the foam off the earth...

hm originally I thought I'd have him going into party mode because of the foam (still have to do that part..) and disregarding everything

I got so frustrated with this illustration I kinda started another...



and now I'm kind of so fed up with the whole thing I'm actually working on my statistics problem set. (that's really sad)

any of you artists get into these kinds of artist block? and how do you get out of it??
