I know, I know...saying "that's what she said" is sooo immature...but at times it can be quite funny.

For example, my friends and I were eating pizza last night, and one of them happened to say, "Look how much meat is on this thing!"
So, my obvious response to that was "that's what she said." Sure, it was inappropriate and out of place, but I couldn't help but be amused by it.

Then, later that same evening, we were watching a movie and at one point an actor said, "Would you look at the size of that monster!?"
...Now that time, I didn't even need to say it. Everyone just looked at each other and started laughing hysterically. From then on, nearly every comment someone made for the rest of the night was flooded with laughter.

So...I'm sure all of you "mature people" think that I'm pretty friggin' stupid. But I'm sure you've all had times where something like that has come up, and you were the one to make the stupid comment.

If you have any stories of these uncomfortable and ridiculously out-of-hand situations, let me know. I'd love to hear about them :)

My friend made a carving sculpture for one of his classes, I decided to poke at it to see how easy it was to carve- which i ended up saying..

"Man- thats some soft wood."

I think a well timed "that's what she said" is horribly underrated.

I don't think your stupid at all. My friends and I are very immature. Our stock response to any number, is to add stones to it. So if your talking about a guy being 27, someone always jumps in with stones. Whenever someone is talking about another person, say a celebrity, saying something nasty, we pretend they are talking about us. We will jump in and say "hey, I'm just standing here". I guess you have to be there.

In computer class I couldn't get my external hard drive to load on the computer I was using, to where I leaned over to my friend and asked...

"How do you get your thing up?"

I was waiting for an elevator with two girl, one girl kept pressing the button and the other girl says " the harder you poke it the faster it comes." I could hardly believe this set up and barely got it out.

That is my all time best "that's what she said!"

well happy birthday

I think a good "that's what she said" can be humorous. My favorite line was made in high school. My art teacher, male, young and by far my favorite. Kept telling me to draw this damn pot, I wasn't in the mood, it was first period I was slacking. I told him "I'm not in the mood to draw".

He pointed at me and shouted, "Get in the mood, come on get in the mood, I'm in the mood, I need you in the mood"... to which I responded, "is that what you tell all the girls".

He turned red and then told all the male teachers. I was a celebrity smart ass for a day, and I never drew that pot.

me: you're not cold?

her: yeah.. i am. but i like it better on my knees.

All about me

Everything You Love Will Soon Fly Away

Everything you love will fly away
On the wings of an unknown destiny
Behind the sun and disappearing sky
Everyone you love will pass away
Some before, some after, some together
Somewhere along the way
Everything you are will be forgot
Your memory dies with those who knew you
History itself grows old and falls apart
Everything you've gathered will be lost
Ripped from your hands by fate's Desire
Or the entropic breath of time
Everything we are, we are when we're alone
Chaos and order stand side by side
One day sitting on the top of the world
The next day dying on the side of the road
