...but I would loose all my street cred. If it was a cool shirt, or at least more gender neutral, it'd be much better.

I've been a longtime fan of Threadless, and have bought my fair share the t-shirts, but it's getting harder and harder to pull the trigger. The designs are still great, but their size and placement keeps me from purchasing the vast majority of desired shirts.

I'd really like to see the designs scaled back to be comfortably framed on a persons body, and this shirt is no exception. Why put the top of the design along the nipple line. It looks extremely awkward. Aside from that, I'm not a fan of wraparound designs.

It's a shame, because there is so much great art to choose from, if only the execution followed at least some principles of design.

Rant complete.

IMHO, I think this shirt is a *perfect* example of where Threadless sometimes goes wrong. It's a great design--I put it in my cart before I looked at the photos--but the print takes up WAY too much space. It's just not in proportion with anyone but a select few bodytypes.

So my advice to Threadless is thus... Keep the designs rollin', but allow them to take up less space. Again, IMHO design has much more to do with "whitespace" than what you use to fill it.

In a way though, I'm glad, because if the image/size proportion were corrected, I think I'd be broke.

I love this shirt. But I'd actually buy it if it was part of the $10 sale.

This shirt would be MINE if it just fit better on the shirt. It takes up too much space as it is.

I love the type tees, and I want this shirt, but as a test, I went to a local store and tried on a plain pink shirt, and it's not happening. If it was on white, red, or darn near any other color, I wouldn't be able to resist. But pink? Eh.
