Things that affect my scoring decisions:

•Passion: this is art. If you are serious about your art, you will not allow for carelessness in the design or the title. The entire submission should be executed well. Ignorance is never an excuse for referring to spiders as insects or chimpanzees as monkeys. Look it up before submitting.
•Violence: I don't believe in it, so I will have to give a "0" to most. I will give a higher score to those that are just mind boggling in execution.
•Same ol' subs: Nearly all Fast Food Nation submissions have deserved the "0" I gave, but the following subjects are also over and will be hard to squeeze anything higher than a "1" out of me for: pandas, skulls, robots, cephalopods, cityscapes, guns, zombies, hearts (especially bleeding hearts), Pop 5 submissions (most have deserved a "0" as well), & any anime style character.
