Have you ever looked at your design to see how it is doing and read the comments below. Sometimes they can be helpful or encouraging. Other times they are neither.

You know who I am talking about. Those threadless users that only read what they are doing. I am not referring to those who say stuff like "dido" or "I agree with..."! Those silly users who just type their comment which is the same as 3 others before them and think that they are the best.

I would be lying if I said that it gets better after you explain or thank those who remarked on your mistakes. Sadly, since we have already established that these users do not read anything but their own, the same comments will continue.

If you don't believe me, or have never had this problem, then just look at the comments under some of my submissions!

Thanks for lending an ear!

I agreeeeee.

Sometimes people will submit things that some view should have been submitted as a slogan.

One time there were like seven people who simply left a comment saying, "slogan."

So I said, "Perhaps if you tell them it should have been submitted as a slogan one more time they will understand."

Being rude is fun! :D

When there are 100 or so comments most people dont want to spend all day reading comments just to see if somebody else has already posted your coment.

One of the things that determines whether Threadless will print something or not is the reaction in the comments. If there's an overwhelming number of people making the same comment, that's useful for them, as it gives a good idea whether it's print material, what if anything needs to be changed, etc.
