Okay everybody I have a riddle for you, soory there is no prize except for you will feel great if you get it.

A lady's Mercedies Benz was stoled from her, and she called the police. When they got to her she said "don't worry he won't get far". Oddly enough they found her car about a kilometer away abandonned at the side of the road. Nothing was wrong with the car and the theif had fled from the scene. How did she know that the theif would not get far?
