Original plan 64.00 I changed it to 450 minutes 5000 nights and weekends and 1000 text. All = 44.17 :) sweet deal! August payment came through guess how much .... 44.17 WHOO HOOO the lady did her job heard what I needed and made me a continued satisfied customer, then Septembers bill 127.00 Icall oh dont worry pay the original. K. October 163.00 + 127.00 + late fee. I call find out my plan from when I called originally is 200 minutes + 1000 nights and weekends + 200 text. In their system. So now I owe overages. I call get a women who did what she could, basically if the women did her job the first time, and no I am not being sexist just stating who I spoke with initially, I would be still looking at 44.17. So they say they can only cover half my fees, well I wouldnt have fees if you did your job right the first time, then after 10 minutes I get interupted by her supervisor whos been listening on the other line. They say they will back up my plan to the 450 only for this month bringing my final bill to 202. So someone makes a mistake, I get everything from Im sorry, to its your responsibility to ... I dont want to loose you as a customer. Needless to say that after I cancel my contract which is a extra 175.00 to break it early, I have been a customer for 3 years now, And the 202.00 I am "Responsible" for it will be sometime Untill I get a phone so email me Livejournal me or AIM me. Oh and I did tell them they have lost a customer for life and am posting this on all my blogs so if you see it multiple times just keep in mind.... DONT USE CINGULAR. Later,
